Bastible
Dublin City, Co. Dublin
Bastible is a Michelin starred restaurant located in the vibrant suburb of Portobello in Dublin 8. They serve a tasting menu featuring prime Irish ingredients with wonderful options for vegetarians.

Bastible in Dublin 8, was first established in 2015 and continues to be a bench mark for modern dining in Dublin City. It has an open kitchen, from which you will find the chefs engaging with guests and delivering some of the dishes themselves.

Bastible has simple, relaxed décor and a professional table service. Bastible allows the food to take centre stage, where dishes are stripped back, flavours are bold and servings are generous. Start with an aperitif and look forward to dessert. The restaurant was awarded one Michelin star in 2022 under chef Killian Walsh's tutelage and Bastible have proudly retained this accolade since then.

Weekend reservations should always be made in advance but mid week tables and counter seats are often available last minute. Pescatarian and vegetarian menus are available upon request.
