We will start with a guided sensory exploration of hidden memories and emotions through looking, touching and smelling spices, dried flowers and leaves. We will continue with a guided meditation and reflective writing exercises to transform these sensory sparks into short essays or poems. The session will conclude with a creative illustration segment, where participants use collage and mixed media techniques to bring their personal narratives to life.
