With Danú Forest Bathing, near Stepaside in south County Dublin, you can relieve stress and connect to nature with Orlagh, a certified forest bathing guide. Learn about Celtic traditions and recharge all of your senses in the wonderful surroundings of Fernhill Park and Gardens.

Join Orlagh for a remarkable forest bathing experience to help you let go of the stresses and challenges of everyday life. As Orlagh gently guides you through a series of invitations, your senses will be awakened and your mind quietened.

Orlagh's experiences are influenced by the Celtic Wheel of the Year and seasonal living. Explore Celtic traditions, deities and festivals as you take in the forest and all its wonders. The experience ends with a tea circle, at which you can mindfully taste delicious chocolate, sip on seasonal herbal tea and explore a native Irish tree oracle to give you food for thought.

Some experiences are family focussed and involve a scavenger hunt and storytelling. Others emphasise bringing nature into nutrition.

The experiences begin and end at the car park of Fernhill House, which has a coffee shop and toilet facilities on site.
