Sharing your personal story can be an incredibly powerful and empowering way to talk about mental health...but only if you're ready.

The Dublin Story Slam are hosting a storytelling workshop focusing on how to safely share your own personal story in a way that's safe for both you and your audience.

Together, will explore how to find, develop and deliver a story inspired by your own mental health journey.

Attendees will also be invited to add their name to the hat and be in with a chance to share these stories at a special Story Slam on the 13th at the Sugar Club as part of First Fortnight.

Workshop proceeds will support First Fortnight’s year-round Creative Art Therapy services.

Located at 86 St. Stephens Green in the historic UCD Newman House, where James Joyce once studied, MoLI is an interactive celebration of Irish poets, playwrights and novelists.
