Sourdough Bread Making Workshop at the Harvest Food Fair. We are delighted to have Chris and Sara from Bread With Benefits give a Sourdough workshop in The Séamus Ennis Arts as part of our Food Fair.
In this hands on workshop, Chris will explain why we use certain flours and have wholegrain in our bread. Each participant will learn how to make sourdough bread and will go home with two 1lb loaf tins with sourdough mixture ready for your oven. You will get recipe sheets for both the sourdough bread and sourdough crackers. Booking essential as places are limited.
