The former home of the Guinness family, St Anne's Estate provides extensive public parklands and rose gardens just outside Dublin city centre. Covering 112 hectares, the park provides playing pitches, golf, tennis courts, a Saturday market, playground, café and more. It is also very close to Dollymount Strand, a coastal bird sanctuary.

In addition to extensive woodlands, water features and recreational facilities, the rose gardens of St Anne's Park are of international importance and are at their peak from June through September. The annual Rose Festival takes place on the 3rd weekend of July, a mix of food, arts and crafts, music and family fun.

Olive's Room at The Red Stables is the café in St Anne’s Park. Local whole foods, freshly baked treats and a tasty lunch menu are available. The Farmers Market is located adjacent to the Red Stables. It operates every Saturday from 9am to 5pm.

The park is extensively used by the public, as it offers 35 playing pitches, 18 hard-surfaced tennis courts, four boules courts and a par-3 golf course. There is also a playground, which is fitted with suitable units to compliment the parkland setting, along with a picnic area. Additionally, visitors will find a remote controlled model car track, located off All Saints Road, on the Raheny side of the park.

The Nanekin River flows through the park from the Howth Road to the ornamental pond, then to the sea.
