Following the phenomenal success of last year’s sold out concert The Sound of Rodgers & Hammerstein, conductor Niall Kinsella returns to the National Concert Hall with The Sound of Hollywood: The Best of MGM Musicals.
This will be a dazzling concert celebrating 100 years of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer studios and its iconic musical films of the 1940s and 50s.
Joined by star vocalists Aoife Mulholland, Matt Ford and the Irish Studio Orchestra, this concert features iconic numbers from The Wizard of Oz, Singin’ in the Rain, Meet Me in St Louis, An American in Paris, Kiss Me, Kate, Brigadoon, High Society and Easter Parade.
