Winter Lights Boat Tours 2025
Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin
4 December - 29 December 2025
Family friendly
See the Winter Lights like never before! There's no better way than on a Boat Trip along the River Liffey! As the sun sets and the city starts to twinkle, come on a one-of-a-kind adventure that promises to make Christmas unforgettable.

Meet at the Irish National Sailing & Powerboat School, on the West Pier, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin at 3.30pm.

Everyone will be provided with waterproof trousers and jackets, along with lifejackets. You'll need to wear warm clothes and comfortable footwear for underneath the waterproofs. We also recommend wooly hats, scarfs and gloves too! The experience lasts approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, however, its a good idea to leave a bit of spare time as transit up and down the River Liffey can be impacted by the movement of ships and ferries in the port area!

Get a unique view of Dublin's Landmarks all lit up for the Winter Lights display. The journey back to Dun Laoghaire will give you a breathtaking view of the city at night!
