Situated on the shores of Clifden Bay, Connemara Seaweed Baths provide the visitor with a saltwater seaweed bath experience in Connemara. Bathing in saltwater, known as thalassotherapy, is essential for the release of minerals and nutrients found in seaweed and is Ireland’s oldest spa treatment.
