The 25m pool provides the community with a training facility that has a swimming club, triathlon club, swimming lessons, one on one tuition and aqua aerobics. It provides not only a training outlet but fun for all the family. Children can swim and play in the learner and splash pools. There is a 18ft inflatable obstacle course providing endless hours of fun.

The fully equipped gym and aerobic studio will provide you with everything you need to stay fit and healthy with cardio, strength and conditioning equipment. A varied programme of strength and cardio classes are held weekly including, spinning, cardio blast, circuits, aquafit, HIIT and body blast.
