Eile Mental Activity Park brings exciting and challenging outdoor activities to Galway. Activities are conducted in both Irish and English with a special emphasis on Irish folklore, history and culture.
Eile Mental Activity Parks location has panoramic views of both Galway Bay and Lough Corrib. Gorse, heathers, forestry and granite dominate this stunning landscape and add to the visitors' enjoyment. There is also an active wind turbine farm and bog cutting to be seen in the park. Visitors can expect to be fully immersed in epic laser tag and paintball battles or test their skills and marksmanship in archery and disc golf. Fast and furious or slow and sedate, Eile Mental Activity Park has a great mix of activities for all.
Modern equipment is used in live gaming, including the ECombat laser tag system. Paintball players are fully armoured with full head goggles, armoured gloves, and neck and chest protectors and use the Tippman FT-12 marker. Whether it is attacking a base, escorting a V.I.P. or simply defeating the enemy, gamers are physically and mentally challenged to complete the missions. Archery, which is fully instructed, and disc golf challenge the participant’s skill, marksmanship and patience. Activity zones and game types are changed regularly and new activities introduced, so return visitors will always find new challenges. The activities are run in a fun, stunningly beautiful environment for all to enjoy.
