Galway Fishing provides deep-sea fishing trips in Galway Bay from Spiddal. Galway Fishing will bring you angling around the Aran Islands with Skipper, Max Couque and his boat, the ‘Leaca Rua’.
The Leaca Rua is licensed for 12 people, and is skippered by owner, Max Couque, who also has 20 years experience. The ‘Leaca Rua’ was launched in Cork in 1978. She is a 38FT Tyrell design wooden hull angling boat and has been fully rebuilt in 2008, from the nails to the cabin. She had also a reconditioned engine since 2010.
Fish for species such as shark, pollack, ling, ray, mackerel and much more. Stag parties or stag weekends are also welcome.
