Galway Pride Week 2026 is coming to Galway City from the 2nd to the 8th August, with a full week of events celebrating queer joy, resistance and community.
Expect a mix of community gatherings, awareness and mental health events, arts and performance nights, live music, late-night parties and plenty of spaces to connect with LGBTQ+ people and allies. There will be family-friendly moments, sober and low-sensory spaces, as well as high-energy club nights so there’s something for everyone!
On Saturday 8th August, the Galway Pride Parade will take over the city as the high point of the week, filling the streets with banners, beats and beautiful humans. Community groups, local organisations and individuals are all invited to walk, wheel, dance and show up proudly as they are.
