Gourmet Tart Co is owned by Fintan and Michelle Hyland. It is an established Galway bakery and has recently opened a restaurant in Salthill. There is a relaxed and friendly vibe in the restaurant and it opens from early morning - 7.30am till 8pm during the week and later at weekends.
