Clifden has always been one of our most popular centres with our spacious studio at Ballinaboy on the Ballyconneely road, two miles outside Clifden. The setting is idyllic: the Twelve Bens behind us, circled by heathery bogs and glinting lakes; the CoralStrand a few minutes walk down the road; beyond, the Atlantic Ocean fingered by rocky peninsulas sprinked with a pattern of islands.
