Lough Corrib Adventures is located on the west coast of Ireland, on the outskirts of the small fishing village of Clonbur, County Galway. Kayaking and sailing tours take place on the waters of one of Ireland's most unique lake, Lough Corrib.

Lough Corrib Adventures is operated by a local man Johnny Coyne, a qualified outdoor instructor with a passion for the great outdoors. Lough Corrib has 365 islands, some of which have been inhabited for thousands of years, and many of the islands are historical sites with old buildings and beautiful forests to explore.

Lough Corrib Adventures provides kayaking and sailing experiences to visitors along the visually breathtaking lake, that hugs the edges of Connemara.

Kayaking tours are 2 hours. Each tour is started by getting a short lesson on how to paddle, making your way along the shoreline and exploring little creeks and bays, before continuing towards one of the lough's 365 islands. Sailing experience take 3.5 hours along Lough Corrib amid the mystical Connemara landscape. This tour is ideal for anyone looking to experience sailing. The boat sets sail across the lake, stopping off to explore one of the islands. This tour is a guided experience and allows you to take the sails under the supervision of skipper.

Taking in the very best of the west of Ireland, these kayaking and sailing tours truly exhilarating way to explore this stunning area. The incredibly beautiful natural area around Lough Corrib is steeped in historical stories with rich heritage and diverse wildlife which you will enjoy throughout these experiences.
