Rusheen Bay Watersports, just 5km from Galway City, provides windsurfing, kayaking, paddle board lessons and rental. Experience a range of fun water activities for kids, adults, families, hen and stag parties, corporate groups, school and summer camps.
Rusheen Bay Watersports has a school stocked with modern equipment and a team made up of water sport professionals. They are based at Rusheen Bay, an enclosed inlet off Galway Bay surrounded by land and shallow areas.
The experienced instructors at Rusheen Bay Watersports will teach you how to windsurf, kayak or paddle board in one hour. Lessons are available at set times throughout the week. All lesson equipment is provided free of charge.
Kayak and paddle boarding rentals are available every day between May and September. SUP rental includes a board, paddle, helmet, lifejacket, wetsuit and boots. A range of inflatable paddle boards and hard boards to suit everyone are also available.
