Based in the scenic Bell Harbour, Monasterevin, County Kildare, Jennifer's Travels is a fully insured and commercially licensed, established, family run business. They hire a beautiful canal barge full of character. The barge is an easily managed all steel boat, built in a traditional stern cruiser style, with a large deck to the stern, and a second deck at the bow.

It has been designed and specifically built for holiday cruising. It offers all the comforts of home and sleeps up to four adults comfortably. Sleeping arrangements consist of a fixed private double bed and two single make out berths. The bathroom has a toilet, wash hand basin and a separate shower.

There is a fully equipped galley, with a stainless steel fridge/freezer, gas hob, grill and separate oven. There is hot and cold water throughout. Bicycles can be hired, handy for either leisurely cycling on the towpath or collecting supplies from villages and towns along your route.

Located only 45 minutes from Dublin, just 3 minutes off the M7 motorway (exit 14), on all major bus routes, and 100 meters from Monasterevin train station, Jennifer’s Travels is convenient and easy to find. Although specialising in short breaks, weekly or longer term hire is also available.
