Kilkenny Farmers Market
Kilkenny City, Co. Kilkenny
Every Thursday from 9.30am to 2.30pm Kilkenny City plays host to the Kilkenny Farmers Market, with up to 20 individual stalls selling everything from fish to fowl, bread to broccoli and everything in between.

Kilkenny Farmers Market hosts stalls selling a wide variety of produce including farmhouse cheese, goats cheese, fruit, vegetables, honey, organic meat, preserves, home-baked breads and cakes, fruit juice, salads and much more.

There are 233 farms and rural families that supply produce to the weekly farmers market in Kilkenny City. Here, visitors to the market will find fresh wholesome produce sourced mainly in County Kilkenny and produced with quality ingredients of known origin.

Visitors will get to meet the local producers, have coffee or simply get a takeaway picnic for lunch in the nearby Kilkenny Castle Parklands. Thursday mornings is buzzing with locals and tourists and definitely worth a visit.
