Gulliver's Restaurant at Newpark Hotel is an intimate and contemporary fine dining restaurant that offers an extensive continental menu complemented by an excellent wine list and is renowned for efficient service in a friendly atmosphere. Private dining facilities can also be arranged and the restaurant can cater for up to 130 people. Breakfast is also a wonderful treat in Gulliver's Restuarant. A magnificent continental breakfast is served in a gala buffet style.

Open for breakfast from 7.30am until 10.30am, with dinner served Friday and Saturday evenings from 7.00pm until 9.00pm. Also open seven days a week for private group lunches and dinner.

Scott’s Bar and Bistro has a warm, relaxed atmosphere for informal dining, with live entertainment every Saturday night. This light filled and spacious venue is an ideal place to enjoy a morning coffee, a delicious carvery lunch, or simply to unwind with a drink after work. It offers an excellent a la carte menu every evening.
