The Rainbow Ballroom of Romance, in Glenfarne, is a performance, arts and events venue in County Leitrim. Built in 1934, the Rainbow Ballroom was a popular venue for showbands. Today it hosts events including concerts, variety shows and weddings. Come peruse the Memorabilia Exhibition and try the Showband Virtual Experience.

The Rainbow Ballroom of Romance in Glenfarne, County Leitrim, makes for a fascinating look into the not so distant past of socialising in Ireland.

The onsite Memorabilia Exhibition and Showband Virtual Experience reveal the history of the ballroom in an interactive and immersive way. Guests can take a spin on the dance floor, look and feel the part in showband costumes, and even choose props to use on stage, whilst listening to hit tracks of the time on audio touch screens.

The Ballroom hosts workshops, classes and artists' residencies, as well as private events. There are function rooms for hire with a commercial kitchen for catering, and a full bar.

You will find disability access throughout the building and free parking. Group tours are welcome.
