Failure to complete the mile inside the 15 mins you will be eliminated. After 4 hrs the time will be reduced by 2 mins. After the next 8 miles it will be reduced by a further 2 mins and so on.

You can enter as an individual or as a team of 4. Teams must constitute of at least 1 male or female and 1 person over 40yrs, the youngest runner must be 16 on or before Aug 1st.

Sat 3 Aug at 11:00 in Galtee Castle yard in the Galty Mountains. Winner of the individual male and female is the last person standing. Winner of the team is the team with the highest total of miles completed.
