All About Energies creates immersive wellness experiences designed to help guests slow down, reconnect and unwind. Sessions combine conscious connected breathwork, sound healing, Reiki and other energy based practices. Experiences take place in a welcoming and peaceful settings in County Mayo.

Guests are guided through calming practices that encourage relaxation, reflection and mindful connection.

Sound baths use crystal singing bowls and therapeutic sound to create a deeply restful atmosphere. Breathwork offers an opportunity to pause, breathe and explore what the body may be holding. Sessions suit both beginners and those familiar with wellness practices. Each experience is intentionally small, personal and welcoming.
