More to Life Adventures are a SUP school that offer stand up paddle boarding (SUP) tuition, hire and custom tours. They have many dedicated bases around Lough Conn, Ballina and Killala in County Mayo. They offer a full range of boards and paddles to suit all abilities, with approved buoyancy aids and also wetsuits where required.

All of their instructors are ASI/ISA qualified and hold first aid and rescue qualifications.
