Paddle and Pedal is perfectly located in Ballina the gateway to the west of Ireland. Situated on the famous Moy River, only 6miles from the Atlantic coast line and also surrounded by some of Ireland's most beautiful lakes and rivers. It is well known amongst experienced kayakers that Mayo and especially North Mayo is a great kayaking location.

The Ballina area also offers amazing cycling for all levels. Belleek woods are the largest urban forest in Europe covering over 1000 acres. It is a fantastic forest for cycling and exploring. There are also many historic sites in the area including Rosserk and Moyne Abbeys.
