Navan Racecourse, near Navan in County Meath, offers an impressive big race schedule, not just trials for big races elsewhere, but lots of races that can stand on their own as important events.

Navan Racecourse, located in the heart of County Meath, is just 5km from the centre of Navan Town. There is action on the track all year round with the racecourse hosting both national hunt and flat racing.

Highlights include the Fortria Chase and the Ladbrokes Troytown Chase (November), the Ladbrokes Boyne Hurdle (February) and the Vintage Crop Stakes (April).

Nothing beats the fun and atmosphere of a day at the races and Navan Racecourse has a full range of suites, bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. The main pavilion has three panoramic hospitality suites and a silver service restaurant overlooking the racetrack, which is perfect for small groups. Large hospitality suites can cater for groups of up to 220 people which are ideal for parties, fundraisers, or corporate events. All areas are wheelchair and disabled friendly.

Navan Racecourse prides itself on being a family friendly track. Children go free on race days and there is an outdoor playground with a climbing frame. Indoors, kids can enjoy Big Zeb’s room with interactive games. Baby changing facilities are also available. Navan Racecourse hosts an annual family fun day each May which includes bouncy castles, face painting, games and more.
