Trim Visitor Centre is conveniently located beside Trim Castle, based in the historic old town hall building in Trim, County Meath.

Trim Visitor Centre houses a medieval armoury exhibition, tourist information point and a gift shop, as well as being the booking location for Trim Castle tours during the winter season. You can also learn more about the heritage town of Trim from the beautiful display of model buildings that is showcased in the visitor centre. Historical tours of Trim, with a local guide, can also be booked at the visitor centre.

Trim Medieval Armoury is an exciting way to have a hands on experience that allows you to touch and hold medieval swords, chainmail and helmets. Step back in time, learn about brave knights and archers that changed warfare. It’s a fun way for everyone to learn about local history.

The maximum capacity for a group is 25. Please call or email in advance for large groups and details of guided tours. The friendly staff at the Trim Visitor Centre and Community Tourist Office look forward to your visit and hope that visitors enjoy their stay in the beautiful Boyne Valley.
