Rossmore Forest Park is located 3.5km south west of Monaghan Town on the R189 to Newbliss. It has several forest walks, a Nature Trail and a Yew walk. The walks range from 2 - 4 miles and are mainly in the forested area and are well sign posted. The most scenic walk is the 'Priestfield' walk which is approximately 3 miles in length and leads past the Rossmore family crypt.
