Join Wild Food Mary at her home situated at the foot of the Slieve Bloom Mountains.
Ramble through Mary’s wild garden or adjacent woodlands finding edible plants, flowers, fruits and fungi. You will learn that foraged food can be healthy and tasty. All ages can experience the joy of gathering.
Following your day outdoors, return to Mary's kitchen where you will help to prepare a feast combining finds of the day with Mary's preserves and home grown produce.
Partake in a traditional toast before leaving with recipes, memories and the foraging bug.
