Rathcormac Craft Village at Branley’s Yard, County Sligo, has an eclectic mix of small, creative businesses. Browse the many art and craft studios, ramble through the Saturday market, pick up some treasure at the antique warehouse or sit and relax and get lunch from the café.

Rathcormac Craft Village, at Branley’s Yard, is a unique experience just outside Sligo on the Wild Atlantic Way. Branley’s Yard has been a hub of activity for thousands of years, starting as a Stone Age settlement and eventually becoming a major Bronze Age friary and village.

The current buildings date back to the 1700s and were built as military barracks and grain stores. The Branley family bought the farm and the array of outbuildings in 1967. They started renovating the outbuildings, eventually giving a home to a creative community 25 years ago. Since then, they have built a thriving little hub of micro businesses, from tailor made surf boards to high end craft.

With ample parking, a nature walk to stretch the legs and a coffee shop, this is a stop you don't want to miss.
