The Spanish Armada Visitor Centre, Grange, County Sligo, opens during weekends and bank holidays from Easter to September. View artefacts and a docudrama retelling the story of Francisco de Cuellar, a survivor from the 1588 shipwrecks at nearby Streedagh Beach.

Situated in the historic old courthouse, this award winning centre tells the gripping story of three Armada ships wrecked at Streedagh Beach and one survivor in particular, Francisco de Cuellar. Explore immersive exhibits, artefacts, and a powerful docudrama revealing heroism, survival and an authentic insight into native Irish culture at that time.
