Dún na Sí Amenity & Heritage Park is a cultural and recreational site whose name means ‘fort of the fairies’. Visitors can explore the heritage trail, the vintage museum, and reconstructed historical sites such as a hedge school, forge, dolmen, ring fort and stone circle. The park also has walking trails, a pet farm, fairy island, woodland, playgrounds, sculptures, a turlough lake and tea rooms.
At the Comhaltas Teach Cheoil, the Scéal exhibition and classes celebrate Irish culture through traditional music, dance, singing and the Irish language.
The Genealogy Centre helps visitors trace their County Westmeath roots.
The park is a non profit organisation open to visitors of all ages.
