Active Breaks have a selection of both standard and electric bicycles available for hire. Several routes will be suggested highlighting the distance, effort level and places of interest along the way allowing clients to view the splendours that the South East has to offer. Electric bike tours are for individuals and groups of up to 4 people, and the route is very flat and quiet. This is a along the Norman Way stopping off to view many of the hidden gems along the way, a gentle 3 hour scenic route.

Enjoy Nordic walking along Rosslare Strand Beach, giving you an all over body workout whilst admiring the beautiful scenery. Enjoy a sauna and sea plunge which is quite invigorating and wakes up the senses, provididng the feel good factor. Personal training and circuits can be booked for individuals and small groups.
