Alpaca Lodge, Ballymurragh, County Wexford, provides guided treks through beautiful rural landscapes where you walk with alpacas. Immerse yourself in the lush unspoilt Irish countryside. The alpacas, with their delightful personalities, make this a highly memorable experience.

Alpaca Lodge is a 24 minute drive from Gorey, County Wexford, and can be reached by bus. It is home to six adorable alpacas and is a family run working farm. Four of the boys will be taken on each trek, which limits the group size to four people per booking. The experience will allow you to learn about alpacas, meet them up close and understand their individual personalities.

The experience will begin at the lodge, where you can choose one of the four alpacas to join you on the trek. You will be introduced to the alpacas and briefed on safety, with a chance to feed them. A trained family member will accompany you on a stroll through the field, next to a forest and along a river. You will have plenty of opportunities to take photos. You might spot some of the other farm animals, such as sheep.

Please note this activity is suitable for ages 16 years and up.
