A series of four evenings taking us through mental health and how recovery is achieved. Facilitated by Aidan Duggan: Principal psychologist and consulting psychotherapist and psychotherapist Ursula Browne.

Thur 2 July: Mental health difficulties and recovery.

Thur 9 July: Why people kill themselves.

Tues 14 July: How to recover from psychosis and mania.

Tues 21 July: Children and recovery from emotional difficulties.

Aidan Duggan is Principal psychologist and consulting psychotherapist with 35 years experience accompanying people through mental health difficulties. Ursula Browne is a psychotherapist and deeply spiritual care worker dedicated to the well-being of those who seek her accompaniment on this life’s journey of recovery and home coming.

Format: 2hrs. 1hr talk, 30mins Q&A - 30min mingle.
