Corofin Village Camping and Caravan is a sheltered family-run business offering the nearest camping to the Burren National Park in County Clare. Within the locality there are many attractions, including seven fishing lakes, several castles and tower houses, and the awe-inspiring Cliffs of Moher.
The excellent camping facilities and cosy family-run hostel are in the centre of the village, so there’s no need to get into the car to go to the pub, restaurant or shops. The camping facilities include free hot showers, and a large camper's kitchen with free gas and free electricity. There is also a refrigerator/freezer for ice packs, and inside the camper's kitchen, there are large detailed maps of the area and plenty of free walking maps. Additionally, the owners are happy to advise on walking routes and can plan interesting trails to suit diverse needs.
Corofin Caravan and Camping Park is exclusively for touring caravans and campervans as well as tents.
