The cottage has four bedrooms catering for up to 10 guests, two family bedrooms downstairs and two twin bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom on each floor. Towels, fresh linen and hairdryers provided. Free ample secured off street car parking & free WiFi.
The kitchen with all modern conveniences inclusive. A separate utility room leads into a TV room. This opens onto a large patio, BBQ/gas inclusive. Seating for all is provided and overlooks the large secluded gardens, with only the cows to nose in from the surrounding fields & includes a children’s climbing frame, sunken trampoline and table tennis. A second picnic area is found under a canopy of trees. The avenue and gardens have many granite features and an array of seasonal flowers and shrubs.
Grove Cottage is within walking distance to shops, restaurants & pubs. The Property is secured with an alarm and CCTV.
