A traditional two bedroom cottage on the Wild Atlantic Way situated in Clonmany near Malin Head, County Donegal. Close to sandy beaches, golf, horse riding, shops, pubs, Ballyliffin Hotels and Glenevin Waterfall.

Mia's Cottage hosts breathtaking views of Mamore Gap towards the rear of the property, with views over Lough Swilly from the front of the property. These scenic surroundings make Mia's Cottage a relaxing holiday base to explore the Inishowen Peninsula. Mia's Cottage on the Wild Atlantic Way is within easy driving distance of the towns of Buncrana, Malin, Clonmany, Ballyliffin, Carndonagh and Doagh Farm Famine Village. The walled city of Derry is just a 35 minute drive. This four star cottage has all the attractions.

Mia's Cottage was recently restored and now exudes old world charm combined with modern comforts. It features high pine ceilings, sliding sash windows and wooden floors. A solid fuel stove heats the house and the water, so the heating costs are very low, the cottage has high levels of insulation making a very cosy holiday home.

A private lane leads to the cottage and there is a large back garden enclosed with an old stone wall. The garden is a safe play area and features a swing and a slide. The holiday home is just a few minutes drive from three of the finest beaches on the Inishowen Peninsula, Leenan Beach, Tullagh Strand and Dollan Strand at nearby Ballyliffin. The latter two beaches are used by the Inishowen Surfing School which can provide surfing lessons.

Mia's Cottage is within a stroll of Cis' Pub where the pint of Guinness and the craic is good. The Rusty Nail pub serves excellent bar food, while the local Ballyliffin hotels are well known for their cuisine.

Local activities and attractions include pony trekking, playing golf on the internationally renowned Ballyliffin Golf Club. Visit the Fort and military museum at Dunree. Enjoy beautiful unspoilt beaches in the locality. Take a trip around the famous Inishowen 100, one of Ireland's most scenic drives. Highlights include the Gap of Mamore and Malin Head, Ireland's most northerly point. Take a day trip to Derry city, the UK's city of culture 2013. Explore the north coasts of Derry and Antrim including the Giant's Causeway and Carrick a Rede rope bridge.

Mia's Cottage consists of two bedrooms, one is ensuite, bathroom with a large electric shower, living area with solid fuel stove, TV and DVD player. The kitchen is designed in a traditional fashion with all the modern conveniences such as an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Outside consists of a patio area, with a charcoal barbeque and a clothes line.
