Visual Carlow will host Carlow Live and Local 4th edition with Manden Express who fuse West African music with jazz and rock influences, accomplished solo songwriter Klara McDonnell, Irish-Indian harp and guitar duo Indeceltic and melodic rock band Star Comedy Democrats.

Live and Local is an initiative of Carlow County Council Arts Service and grew from the national Live and Local Performance Scheme that local authorities managed during the pandemic. 2025 sees the return of Carlow Live and Local through the Carlow County Council Arts Service. Carlow Live and Local since its inception has showcased Carlow musicians and seen wonderful local raw talent flourish and nurtured with the voice of the community and local musicians at its core.
