This year, they celebrate the 21st anniversary of the Burren Slow Food Festival. As one of Ireland’s first – if not THE first – food festival, they are focussing on local food, sustainability, wellbeing and community. It is a place to connect with the community of like-minded people, artisan food producers, artists, chefs and to do a bit of yoga as a side dish!
