Through daily hiking and biking experiences, you will travel off the beaten track and marvel at the diversity of landscapes, from rolling hills to rugged mountains and spectacular coastlines.

Escape the crowds at lesser visited sections of Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way. With just the right blend of culture, history and character, rural islands, iconic attractions, and Irish hospitality, this tour offers an opportunity to explore the real Ireland and the Wild Atlantic Way. Visit Killarney, Dingle and Westport. Travel in a comfortable minibus with on board commentary. This is a safe, fun-filled adventure, where all the activities are guided and the tour has a maximum group size of 12 people.

Day One - Begin in Cork City, visit Blarney Castle, hike on the magical Sheep’s Head Peninsula.

Day Two - Enjoy fantastic scenery as you cycle on the Beara Peninsula and travel to the heritage town of Kenmare. Continue on a drive through Moll’s Gap and Ladies View to Killarney.

Day Three - Start with a boat trip through the lakes of Killarney, then cycle through the Gap of Dunloe and the wonderful woodlands of Killarney National Park.

Day Four - Hike in the heart of Muckross National Park, visit Muckross Abbey and the gardens of Muckross House. Travel to Inch Beach and swim in the Atlantic Ocean or play hurling, Ireland’s national sport. Travel and hike on Slea Head Drive, then end up in Dingle.

Day Five - Cross the Shannon Estuary by ferry into County Clare and hike along the cliffs by the sea to the spectacular Cliffs of Moher. Lunch in Doolin, then visit the Burren, a unique UNESCO Geopark.

Day Six - From Doolin, take a boat across to Inis Mór, and cycle on quiet country roads. Visit an Iron Age ring fort, then hike along the Atlantic’s edge through fields, rocky beaches, and green roads.

Day Seven - Explore the magic of Connemara National Park with a hike to the top of Diamond Hill. Visit Kylemore Abbey & the Victorian Walled Garden. Drive along Killary Fjord into County Mayo to Clew Bay, spending the night in Westport.

Day Eight - In nearby Newport you will cycle along the Greenway to beautiful Achill Island. It is a fantastic cycle and a fitting way to complete the tour.
