A double bill of independent action movies filmed on the dirty old streets of pre-gentrified New York City.
This year marks the 45th anniversary of THE EXTERMINATOR, one of the most violent and controversial movies released in 1980.
After the screening of THE EXTERMINATOR, Senior Lecturer at University of Lincoln Neil Jackson will join Triskel’s Head of Cinema Chris O’Neill to discuss the film, the ‘Namploitation’ genre, and other movies from the director.
But that’s not all – after this discussion, there will be a screening of another film by James Glickenhaus. BLUE JEAN COP (aka SHAKEDOWN).
One ticket is valid for both films. The running time of the entire event is just over four and a half hours (which includes a 20 minute break).
