A government plane carrying a biological warfare virus crashes near a small Pennsylvania town. As the virus seeps into the water supply, the town gradually begins to descend into madness … and there is no known cure. There must be no news leaks to the American public, and so the government sends in the Army, unannounced, to quarantine the town. But its citizens are now faced with the killer virus, their virus-crazed murderous neighbours, and a mysterious, unexplained occupying army. The scene is set for a horrific showdown.
