Stop at Cnoc Fola (Bloody Foreland) for a panoramic view overlooking the rugged Donegal coastline that's particularly beautiful at sunset.
This spot gets its name not from some ancient battle, but rather the red of the cliffs at sunset. The view toward the southern coastline is dominated by a rugged landscape with many inlets, beaches and headlands. The three Islands of Inishsirrer, Inishmeane and Gola all add to this excellent view.
