Lake and Coastal Kayak Adventures operates from the Lakeside Centre Ballyshannon, on Lake Assaroe.
This is a wonderful setting in which to enjoy guided kayaking trips, learn new skills, or paddle along the picturesque seashore at nearby Creevy.
The enthusiastic guides make beginners feel at ease, with safety as the priority. Their modern sit on top kayaks offer great stability, and are easy to paddle and manoeuvre. No experience is required, and the activity is suitable for ages 8 years and older. Helmets and buoyancy aids are provided.
Junior sessions include games and other fun activities for young people from ages 8 years to 16 years. Kayak trips for children and adults run approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes on the lake. Coastal trips are subject to weather conditions and the times can vary with the tides.
