Tucked into a cove in Sheephaven Bay, this long sandy strand is a lovely spot to stretch your legs, head for a swim or look out onto the Donegal landscape.
Marble Head is particularly popular in summertime for swimming, though visitors can enjoy the beach's views any time of year. The width of the beach also makes it great for surfing and paddleboarding. The nearby car park and coffee and ice cream shack make it easy to turn a visit into an all-day affair.
