Always a tool for communication, Arabic calligraphy goes far beyond the written page, and is used throughout design history, in almost every art medium from silk textiles to stone architecture, and in multiple script styles. Join artist Diaa Lagan for this drop-in event and practice the techniques of forming letters by using a bamboo quill and tracing paper.
