Kneecap is a hip hop band from Belfast, performing under the stage names Mo Chara, Móglaí Bap, and DJ Próvaí. The trio released their first album in 2018, and have continued to produce various singles ever since. In early 2023, the group began producing a film based on a fictionalised version of their lives, also titled ‘Kneecap’, which is set to be directed by Rich Peppiatt, with Michael Fassbender in a supporting role.
