Where better to host the Urban Harvest Festival than Airfield Estate, as a taste of the country in the city as a 38-acre farm and gardens beside Dundrum Shopping Centre.
This new family friendly festival aims to deepen people’s understanding and appreciation of farming. The Urban Harvest Festival is Airfield’s version of the Ploughing and rural shows seen around the country. Visitors will be immersed in agricultural traditions such as sheep-shearing, sheep-dog trials, wool spinning, hedge laying and butter-making.
