A country pub in the heart of the city, Barr an Chaladh is just a stone's throw from Eyre Square and features traditional music performances seven nights a week.

This bar is one of Galway's oldest establishments and its name Barr an Chaladh is the Irish for Top of The Quay. It still maintains many traditional features, with rustic beams, wooden floors and an open turf fire, where many a fireside session takes place.
